Dr. Fahad Khan at Restore Change

Our approach emphasizes fostering transformation and wellbeing through six core values: Change, Hope, Action, Nourishment, Growth, and Empowerment. We believe in catalyzing change with a positive mindset, instilling hope to drive personal change, and taking action to translate behavior into predictors of health and wellness. We aim to provide holistic nourishment for mind, body, and soul, support individual growth and development, and empower sustained health and wellness. Our commitment is to guide each person towards a healthier future by nurturing these foundational elements in their journey.

Therapist Resource Institute

The mental health field is burning out. We are exhausted, isolated, underpaid, and fragmented — divided by license, state lines, work settings, and job titles. We are pouring healing into others while feeling increasingly threatened, replaceable, financially anxious, disconnected, and alone. Most of the existing “solutions” treat therapists like a product in someone else’s marketplace, or leave them to fight for scraps in Facebook groups, listservs, and unseen in overcrowded directories.

With TRI, mental health professionals should experience:
A reduction in professional loneliness, increased agency over career direction and income, easier access to referrals and collaboration, faster paths to support when stuck clinically or emotionally, a stronger sense of voice, power, and identity, and belief that they are not only part of a profession, but a real movement to take back the industry.
